Goodbye Paul!

It’s already been a few weeks since Paul left Ceres for his new job in Massachusetts, but he didn’t want me to post any pictures until he was already there. Well he’s finally made it, his station wagon pulling the historic Heifer livestock trailer all the way across mountain and desert and probably some long long stretches of corn. Here he is pictured with a few of the Project Uplift youth who worked on the farm this summer:

Paul was the Central Valley Field Coordinator for Heifer International. However, Heifer has decided to concentrate its resources on other geographic regions of the US, and hold back from developing new project in California, so the Central Valley position was eliminated. Paul’s new job is as education director at a Heifer educational farm in Massachusetts. He will be great at that job, but he will be missed here in California!
